Mr. Vinayak has been involved with Research and Development activities for a major part of his career in the elevator field, also being the signing authority for any new product to be introduced in the industry.
With over 10 years of exposure in Servicing High Profile Customers and Management Activities, our leaders are Experts in Elevator Service Application, Technical Training, Safety Certifications, Manpower Management and Optimization of Resources. They are equally well versed with Commissioning, Testing and Inspection prior to Handing over Trouble/Defect Free Product to the end user.
Working at OTIS ELEVATORS, they were certified part time trainers for technical training on higher end Microprocessor based OTIS products like M10/21NVC, NE300VF, 300VFE, IMVF, MCS220, ELEVONIC and other Modular Controller systems.
They have been instrumental in analyzing various key procedures through collecting turn backs, applying ACE tools, RRCA and helped improve results, which were adopted across the company.
